De la pénurie des métiers du web
J’étais le mois dernier à La Roche-sur-Yon pour parler des métiers du web. Une soirée organisée par l’association Vendée Réseaux Sociaux à laquelle j’ai été convié par l’intermédiaire d’Olivier Ertzscheid, un blogueur que je lis depuis de nombreuses années. Pour la petite histoire, ce déplacement était également l’occasion pour moi de rencontrer les élèves de la licence Technologies de l’information et de la communication pour l’animation de réseaux et de communautés de l’université de Nantes, dont je parraine la première promotion (j’aurais l’occasion d’en reparler). Donc, le thème de la soirée était l’évolution des métiers du web, ça tombait bien, car j’avais plein de choses à dire. Pour les écoles, facultés et organismes de formation c’est la même chose : plutôt que de rajouter des modules à droite et à gauche, il faudrait entièrement revoir les modèles éducatifs pour mieux coller aux réalités du marché. Ce sujet est complexe et je n’ai pas la prétention de détenir la vérité vraie.
