Not all the sweaters in the world will help if one's neck and wrists are bare. The Wickerwork mitts are easily customized to fit a larger or smaller hand. A tip for keeping your mitts in good shape: to remove, put your hand around your wrist just below the mitt, and gently push it off. All stitch terminology is American.
