How to plan a round-the-world trip - travel tips and articles Itʼs the ultimate trip: circumnavigating the planet, and stopping off wherever takes your fancy. Great for travellers who want to see it all, or who are just plain indecisive. But booking a round-the-world (RTW) trip can be a complex business. Hereʼs our guide to getting started. How to do it The most economical way to circumnavigate is to buy a round-the-world air ticket that uses one airline alliance. There are rules: you must follow one global direction (east or west – no backtracking); you must start and finish in the same country; and you must book all your flights before departure, though you can change them later (which may incur extra charges). How long you need You could whip round the world in a weekend if you flew non-stop. When to go The weather will never be ideal in all your stops. Managing travel itineraries: Easier said then done even with digital tools NB: This article is a continuation of our TCritic series, where reviewers from across the industry cast their eye across products, services and software. The author is Mark Peacock, of Travel Commons. Back in the golden age of travel, when everyone dressed up to fly (or at least showered and shaved) and there was legroom in coach, frequent travelers used travel agencies to book travel. Before you left on your trip, your agent sent you physical plane tickets and a printed itinerary with your flight, hotel, and car rental reservations onto a single page. You got at least three copies — one for your admin, one for your spouse, and one for you. THE PRODUCT: Trip Management Apps for iPhone and Android Phones THE PROMISE: “Manage your trip from your smartphone” THE FEATURES: ”Everything but the kitchen sink” THE KILLER FEATURE: “Not having to dig in pants pockets/digital folders/brain for travel details” THE TRUTH: “It depends on what you need” I tested three common travel management scenarios

Top 20 Bodyweight Exercises For Building Muscle & Strength « How to Build Muscle Bodyweight exercises need to be part of your program if you want to get jacked. But not just pushups, sit ups and high rep calisthenics. That’s beginner stuff that won’t build any real muscle. We’re talking about really working hard on high tension, advanced bodyweight exercises that can only be done for somewhere between five and ten reps, on average. The nice thing about these is that they’re very natural and can usually be done pain free by most people. They can be added to any program along with barbells, dumbbells and strongman implements. That’s the ultimate combination for building high performance mass. Or you can use nothing but bodyweight exercises. Below is a list of my top 20 bodyweight exercises for size and strength. 1) Chin/ Pull Up This exercise will build the lats and biceps very effectively. The parallel grip chin/ pull up is easiest on the shoulders and elbows and is the one I recommend most. 2) Rope Climb Awesome for true functional, relative strength. 3) Inverted Row PS.

Yonaguni Monument Sunken formations Yonaguni formation Location of Yonaguni formation The Yonaguni Monument (与那国島海底地形, Yonaguni-jima Kaitei Chikei? Discovery[edit] The sea off Yonaguni is a popular diving location during the winter months owing to its large population of hammerhead sharks. The formation has since become a relatively popular attraction for divers despite the strong currents.[3] In 1997, Japanese industrialist Yasuo Watanabe sponsored an informal expedition comprising writers John Anthony West and Graham Hancock, photographer Santha Faiia, geologist Robert Schoch, a few sport divers and instructors, and a shooting crew for Channel 4 and Discovery Channel. Main features[edit] The Monument consists of medium to very fine sandstones and mudstones of the Lower Miocene Yaeyama Group believed to have been deposited about 20 million years ago.[1] Most of the formations are connected to the underlying rock mass (as opposed to being assembled out of freestanding rocks). The formation called "The Turtle"
