Venezuela tenta exportar celular de R$ 30 SÃO PAULO - A Venezuela já está vendendo para seus consumidores internos um modelo de celular com custo equivalente a R$ 30. Chamado de Vergatario, o celular teve uma estreia bem-sucedida no país e contou com esforço pessoal do presidente Hugo Chávez para promover o dispositivo. Em seus programas de rádio e TV, Chávez recomendou fortemente a compra do aparelho popular. Além de fazer chamadas, o Vergatário troca SMS, tem MP3 Player e câmera que tira fotos e grava vídeos. A produção é feita pela Vetelca, uma estatal Venezuela que conta com parceria da chinesa ZTE, dona de 15% da companhia estatal. Segundo o presidente Chávez, a Vetelca vai produzir até o final deste ano 600 mil unidades para o mercado interno. Para promover o aparelho, Chávez disse em depoimento à TV que fez a primeira ligação com o pequeno celular para sua mãe.
