Educación primaria Descripción y objetivos de la Educación Primaria La Educación Primaria comprende seis cursos académicos, desde los 6 a los 12 años, y tiene carácter obligatorio. Esta es la primera etapa obligatoria del sistema educativo por lo que deben incorporarse a ella todos los niños de 6 años independientemente de si han realizado o no la Educación Infantil. Es una etapa educativa obligatoria y gratuita.
