Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 Digital Camera (Black) with DMC-GH1K B The Panasonic DMC-GH1 Digital Camera merges the very best of digital SLR technologies with advanced, next-generation HD video recording. Utilizing the Micro Four Thirds system, the camera design offers a 50% shorter flange spacing (mount-to-sensor distance), and a 6mm reduction in the size of the outer lens mount. This innovative, mirror-less design dramatically reduces the size and weight of the camera body and allows for the development of more compact optics. The camera includes a LUMIX G VARIO HD 14-140mm lens with optical image stabilization. High Definition video is available on many of the latest DSLRs, but the GH1 is distinguished as the first to allow full-time, manual adjustment of shutter speeds and aperture values.

Dell Latitude E6520 Review Share This Review: Share on facebook Share on twitter Share on email Share on google More Sharing Services Introduction The bigger your company, the more important it is to choose the right laptops for your employees. The "minimizing expenses" part is usually not negotiable, and one way to do that in a big-company environment is to offer support for lots of interchangeable parts. This particular model has a starting price of $1,334 and offers a selection of Core i5 and Core i7 mobile processors, 5,400rpm and 7,200rpm hard drives up to 500GB (and some solid-state drives, too), and a couple of discrete graphics options. Other extra-cost choices include a number of extended-battery options and the ability to choose which hot-swappable peripherals (an optical drive, an extra battery, a second hard drive, or a USB 3.0 port) you want to populate the laptop’s E-Modular drive bay. Overall, at least in our test configuration, this is a machine that's neither eminently portable nor a notable bargain.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 Review - Digital SLR Cameras Being the first mover with any new technology is a risky game — you risk buying into a system that's possibly not going to stand the test of time (cue Betamax tape) or you risk buying a product that will quickly be superseded with a successor that has all the bits that were missing from the first iteration. That's the case with the GH1, Panasonic's second Micro Four Thirds camera, behind the G1. We've come to test this camera quite late in the process — it was announced in March 2009 — and has since been followed up with a smaller version of sorts, the GF1. The GH1 shares a lot of features with both cameras but adds a touch of professional movie maker to the mix. Design and features There are no prizes for spot the difference between Panasonic's G1 and GH1. The new addition of the movie mode option on the top dial. The GH1 is covered in the same nice plastic as the G1 and is rather solid to hold, with reassuringly good build quality. Performance Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 Image quality

Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 DSLR Camera Review - Panasonic Like Rip Van Winkle, Nikon arose from a 2 1/2 year slumber, took a look at Canon and Sony, and tacked some catchy features from the D90 onto the aging D300. As you might have inferred from its model name, the $1700 Nikon D300S is a relaunch of the 3-year-old D300, with a few modern upgrades. At the same price as the Canon 7D, Nikon delivers its usual mediocre 720p video, where Canon kicks it up to 1080p, at 30 frames per second. Hardcore Nikon shooters won't be disappointed by this camera. The D300S color and noise performances are outstanding.
