Le muscle Psoas un muscle pas comme les autres Imprimez l'article Je pense que peu de personnes connaissent ce muscle mais c’est celui qui en gros vous donne les douleurs lombaires et qui vous force petit à petit par manque d’étirements et de sport à vous vouter et à marcher comme un vieux, désolé mais on en voit beaucoup qui piétine dans la rue. C’est ce que j’ai eu vendredi dernier, un mal au dos intense puis le muscle s’est rétracté de façon a me scotcher sur place!! Il faut le prendre au sérieux car il crée les mêmes symptômes qu’une crise de colique néphrétique ou une gastro-entérite. De plus ce muscle pour les femmes passe devant les ovaires et du coup on peut aussi croire à une torsion ovarienne et oui cela existe. Donc quand vous avez mal, vérifier si c’est bien ce muscle là qui vous fait mal, il y a un geste simple à faire, je vous donne le lien vous verrez et vous pourrez agir, avant qu’il ne soit trop tard. Le muscle psoas est fondamental à connaître puisqu’il est responsable d’environ 50% des lombalgies.
