Stop Motion Silicone Skin 500g - 1KG - Animation Toolkit LTD Stop Motion Silicone Skin is an RTV based clear cure silicone. Based on a formula widely used in the animation industry, this silicone skin is mixed with 5% catalyst in order for it to cure (curing is 16hrs to 24hrs). Stop Motion Siliocne Skin is a soft and translucent material which is pigmented easily with oil based artists paints (available from art supplies stores). Tips and usage: Mix 5% catalyst by weight to silicone (best used on digital scales). Store silicone and catalyst in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and or extreme cold. When mixing with catalyst avoid creating air bubbles by folding to blend together. Slowly fold for approx 5mins or until fully blended.
