The Summer Night Sky - 360 Degree VR Panorama
Camping in Utah's sparsely populated desert areas provides opportunities to view the night skies with little light pollution. This view of the summer night sky was captured from the dry (well, muddy) bed of Sevier Lake in Utah's West Desert. The links in the bottom left corner provide access to a view with several constellations outlined. The winter night sky as seen from the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument brings with it the prominent constellation Orion. - Martin van Hemert

A Father Who Creatively Captures His Kids (20 photos) If there was a prize that could be given out to the most creative father, I'd hope that it was awarded to Jason Lee. A wedding photographer by day, he's used to capturing some of the most important moments in a couple's lives. As a longtime fan of Jason's photos on Flickr however, I think the real magic happens when he turns the camera onto his daughters. Sure, his children are adorably cute in their own right, but that's not what makes his photos so interesting. It's when he puts his own spin on their everyday moments that we not only get to experience our own childhood again, we're able to see a father's pride shine through.

18 Vintage Mugshots From The Twenties I recently stumbled onto these amazing mugshots of Australian inmates of all kinds. Whores, gangsters, fraudsters, and crooks of every kind circa 1920. The quality that these were restored to is nothing short of astounding, capturing every detail and quirk of each prisoner. With names like Silent Tom, De Gracy and Montague, this is a fascinating look into the criminal world of yesteryear. 17 more mugshots after the jump! Dark Photography By Leszek Bujnowski August 12th, 2011 Huda Ikraam Leszek Bujnowski is wonderful creative photographer they live in poland and date of birth is 1977. When it comes to dark and foreboding photography, Leszek Bujnowski is a master of creating haunting images that defy his viewers to forget or ignore what they have seen. and since then has discovered a passion for photography. Testimony to Leszek Bujnowski’s skill is the fact that each of the pictures in this collection captures a spooky and malevolent ambiance that, while similar to its peers, is utterly all its own. The result is an unforgettable look into fear itself courtesy of one artist and his fantastic ability to manipulate both images and viewers alike.
