I’ve fond some other helpful charts that I’ll share in another post! Yay charts!
Brownie Cookies | Sweet Pea's Kitchen - StumbleUpon Brownie Cookies This time of year I love to go on my annual Holiday baking spree and bake all kinds of cookies. From the new cookies that I find to my all time favorites. This year my baking spree is a bit different. You see one of my favorite parts of my annual baking spree is having my mom and my friend Beth right there alongside me. Baking, decorating and boxing up goodies for our neighbors and coworkers. I am one of those people who go shopping on Black Friday and then not again until the weekend before and the days leading up to Christmas. The Southern Living Best Loved Cookies cookbook is like a cookie goldmine. There are so many mouth-watering cookies in this book I didn’t know where to start. These ooey, gooey chocolate "brookies" have crisp edges, tender centers, and a rich fudgy flavor. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen cookies Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes Ingredients: Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. One Year Ago: Rosemary Focaccia Leave a Comment
Confections of a (Closet) Master Baker Dinner Rolls - Baking Glory - The very best of baking, recipes from all around the world, tested in my own kitchen. Visit our sister site JoCooks.com for more recipes. Whenever I am bored of the same old bread I find at our local grocery store, I turn to my baking hobby and start making some. This time I gave these guys a shot and let me tell you, nothing compares to fresh baked rolls just pulled hot from the oven. This recipe is definitely a “must try” for all baking passionate out there. OK, start with your mixer bowl. In a cup or one of those measuring things, add the yeast along with a tsp of sugar and half of the milk, lukewarm. Now take a sauce pan and heat the milk and butter, until the butter melts. When you are satisfied with the result, take it out and punch it down for a few times, then cut it into 16 pieces. At this point you can brush the rolls with the egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds, or sesame seed, or… whatever you want. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375° F / 190° C for about 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy your rolls, I couldn’t stop from eating Ingredients Have fun!

Snickerdoodle Muffins | Sweet Pea's Kitchen - StumbleUpon Snickerdoodle Muffins I have been obsessed with Pinterest lately! Pinning this and that all while trying not to drool all over my computer. While I like pinning lots of different things, as you can imagine, I love pinning recipes. I really need to stop looking at Pinterest after dinner! I found using an ice cream scooper with a release lever the easiest way to scoop out the batter. After the ball of dough is completely covered in cinnamon and sugar just plop it into the muffin liner and bake! Delicious muffins that combines the best of a snickerdoodle cookie with the comfort of a warm muffin, perfect for breakfast or dessert! Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day cheesy, oozy guacamole bean dip - The Kind Life - StumbleUpon I first had this at a party about 10 years ago. That recipe was my inspiration for this healthier version. We like to make this for football games. My husband Christopher is a huge Cleveland Browns fan. They never really win, but he always roots for them. He dresses our pit bull in a Browns shirt during the games! Reminder: this recipe doesn’t belong in the superhero family, but it’s loads better than what you usually find in party dips. Serves 8 Ingredients 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans3 large avocados3 tablespoons fresh lime juice2 (8-ounce) containers nondairy sour cream1 packet taco seasoning (I use Bearitos, but if you are avoiding all white sugar, make your own mix with chili powder, ground cumin, onion powder, hot paprika or cayenne, and salt)1/2 cup diced mild green chiles, drained1/2 cup sliced black olives, or more if you like 5 tomatoes, chopped2 cups shredded vegan Cheddar cheese Steps Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
