Il a protesté contre son troisième embarquement et a été plus que malmené par les policiers, au point que les gendarmes de l'escorte du centre de CRA, sont intervenus et ont témoigné en sa faveur, selon M. KENNOUDI. Menotté dans le dos, scotché aux genoux et chevilles, il a été porté à l’horizontale par deux policiers et un gendarme jusque dans l’avion. Les policiers le font remonter dans le fourgon d’escorte. A son retour au CRA, les autres retenus sont choqués. Le l15 juillet au matin, ils remettent aux gendarmes du centre une pétition, destinée au préfet de Seine-et-Marne et au juge des libertés et de la détention de Meaux, signée par 89 des 113 retenus présents dans le CRA. La rétention de M. Il a donc été présenté une cinquième fois - deux heures plus tard – à l’embarquement.
