I like Zara's mission statement because it is based off of the environment, which not a lot of organizations base their statement on. A few years ago Zara had a Public Relations nightmare where customers were on strike at most locations all over Europe because of the harm their factory's were doing to the environment. The ink that they previously used was not disposed properly and after the protest they took it as a wake up call and not only did they fix the problem but they changed their entire mission statement and the PR of thier company. by vanessahewitt Feb 19
