Woven gift-wrap // pastel edition ^_^ By Kate on August 8, 2012 I noticed that the woven gift-topper I made last year was doing the rounds again on Pinterest so I thought I would make an updated pastel version (pastels seem to be the new neon at the moment). I bought some quilling strips (0.5cm) to use this time which reduces the labour by about half (I’ve also been working on some more intricate woven ‘things’ for another project…more to come soon). Anyway check out the previous post if you want full instructions. Above: Mischevious hands – the unseen backdrop in all my photo’s ^_^ While I took photos today my boys were making their own presents by wrapping boxes in newspaper.

There weren't any cameras out yet, and you could count the number of people he'd see before changing into his workout gear on one hand, but Kennedy dressed for business anyway. First impressions count, you see, and the chance to inspire the handful of people he'd be working with that day had not yet presented itself. That's what Kennedy does. So what can you do to fight obesity, diabetes, heart disease and the other risks of sitting too much? At the most simple level, stand more. A team of researchers from the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic are set to study 30 employees of Caldrea, an eco-friendly cleaning supply company in Minneapolis, whose desks have been replaced with workstations that make it possible to sit or stand while working, according to the Star Tribune.

rolled paper flowers {tutorial} Welcome to flower week – five days of simple and delightful flower projects. I could probably do three weeks of flowers because there are so many different ways to create them, but I’ve limited it to five of my current favorites. Before we get started, let me make a few disclaimers: 1. I find inspiration for projects all over the place {online, in shops, in magazines}, then figure out how to re-create them on my own. Each of these projects are my adaptation of something I’ve seen elsewhere. The making of an action hero body - Entertainment - Movies When I was hired to train an actor for an action film, the studio executives would express how important it was to transform their body so they looked like an action hero. That's why I made the decision to utilize the same method of dieting and training I used to win many of my champion body building competitions. Matt Damon and Kevin Spacey were extremely excited to work with me, which made my job a lot easier than it had been with some of my other celebrity clients.

Sound like you?
