Si on prend en compte la capacité de les combiner, les possibilités ne manquent pas. Face à toute cette offre, quels sont les critères de choix d’un système de veille ? (ce n’est pas exhaustif et ce sont les miens) : - Qu’il soit le moins couteux (gratuit tant qu’à faire); - Qu’il soit le moins chronophage ; - Qu’il soit le plus intuitif et le plus simple à l’usage ; - Qu’il couvre le plus de sources tant sur le web invisible que sur les réseaux sociaux ; - Qu’il produise peu de bruit (L’information remontée est faible en quantité et forte en qualité) ; - Qu’il fournisse des outils de synthèse et d’analyse ; - Qu’il permette de diffuser les résultats. Si de nombreuses personnes au sein des entreprises ont compris l’utilité de la veille, beaucoup ne franchissent pas le pas car estiment ne pas posséder les compétence ou le temps.
