Ciudadanía 2.0 | Lanzamos 1er Documento Colaborativo de 2014: Laboratorios Ciudadanos - Ciudadanía 2.0 Laboratorios Ciudadanos como espacio para la Innovación Ciudadana En la reciente Cumbre Iberoamericana realizada en Panamá en 2013, el proceso de Innovación Ciudadana, presentó una carta colaborativa de propuestas para el impulso de la IC a las Jefas y Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno. Como resultado de la Carta de Propuestas, los 22 países iberoamericanos han aprobado un Comunicado Especial, impulsado por Panamá y México, instando a Ciudadanía 2.0 a iniciar una agenda de propuestas para el impulso de la Innovación Ciudadana en la región. En la carta entregada a las Jefas y los Jefes de Estado se sugirió como prioritario para el desarrollo de una agenda futura, que los gobiernos fomenten la creación de espacios que impulsen la Innovación Ciudadana, y que entre sus funciones, puedan estar las de difusión, promoción y apoyo de iniciativas. Este documento, junto a otras acciones, lo llevaremos a la próxima Cumbre de Veracruz (México), como parte del compromiso asumido en Panamá. 1.
