Lauren's Latest gimme some oven Cauliflower Crust Pizza I came across this cauliflower crust pizza on Pinterest, and was instantly intrigued. A low-carb pizza? Sign me up! I was skeptical, of course, but curious enough to try it and see how it tasted. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Now obviously, it is not quite the same as a traditional piece of pizza with soft, chewy crust, but it’s a great substitute when you’re watching your carb intake. My husband isn’t a huge fan of cauliflower, so I planned on making the pizza before he got home from work. So the general conclusion…Healthy, tasty and husband-approved? Sprinkles of Parsley Lili's Kook and Ko… | Bienvenue ! N'hésitez pas à faire du bruit en entrant ! Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake with Glossy Chocolate Icing I have mixed feelings about this cake. It is indeed delicious. It's a dark chocolate cake and it's moist and dense without being too sweet. I was excited about making this icing. I have always wanted to find a chocolate icing recipe that resulted in a silky smooth glossy icing. This one sounded like a hit. The photos show little tiny bumps in the icing but for some reason, they were not evident in your mouth. Microwave Brownie in a Cup I’m really excited to share this recipe for a microwave brownie in a cup! It’s based off my popular recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup, and I have been working hard to develop this delicious, decadent, single serving treat. I’ve used simple ingredients to create a real homemade brownie in the microwave. Just like my other cookie in a cup recipes, you can mix and microwave this right in a coffee mug. I used a ramekin for these pictures, but either will work wonderfully. Brownie in a cup is absolutely amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Just a note, make sure to follow the steps I have outlined in the recipe, and don’t substitute spreads for butter:0) For more fun ideas, follow me on Pinterest.
