Here’s a delicious new brunch idea…and it’s pretty, too! « I just love this dish! It’s very soft and fluffy – eggy, cheesy, light. You could add any seasonings you had on hand – even some cooked broccoli, green peppers, cooked sausage. A fragrant freshly baked coffee cake and a fruit salad and brunch is done! I’ve made it for supper, served with whole wheat english muffins and tomato slices. Vegetable cooking spray 6 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 cup milk 1 cup cottage cheese 4 ounces cream cheese cubed 1 cup cubed sharp cheddar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Per Serving: Calories 202; Protein 16 g; Fat 12 g; Carb s7 g; Sugar 3 g; Sodium 272 mg Like this: Like Loading...

Ricotta Cheese Chocolate Chip Muffins | Ginas Skinny Recipes Moist chocolate chip muffins loaded with chocolate morsels in every bite. What a perfect way to start you morning if chocolate is your weakness. Also great as an afternoon snack. These originally started with whole wheat flour, but after a few attempts at these I got the best results using self-rising cake flour. The taste and texture was exactly what I expect from a muffin. Next time I may try to do a blend of white whole wheat flour and cake flour to see how they come out. If you are watching your sugar intake, I'm sure these would work great with a Splenda blend. Blueberry Muffins Low Fat Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing | Ginas Skinny Recipes Nothing beats the flavor of homemade salad dressing. Making your own salad dressing gives you control of what ingredients go into it. Serve this with a wedge of iceberg lettuce, as a dip for skinny buffalo wings or one of my favorite ways to enjoy this is on a roast beef sandwich on a good whole wheat crusty bread with arugula. Chorizo and Egg White Breakfast Burrito | Ginas Skinny Recipes My husband makes the best chorizo and eggs. His trick is adding a little vinegar to the chorizo. It adds a nice zing to the eggs. I lightened his recipe using egg whites and serving it on a low point tortilla. Chorizo is a Spanish pork sausage seasoned with paprika, which gives it it's distinct taste. GMapEZ -- Advanced Topics This section covers some more advanced topics. MouseOver Popups Starting with GMapEZ 2.2, you can have a little popup show up when the user's mouse rolls over the marker. Note that different browsers may display the popup quite differently. Specifying an extent In some situations you may want to specify a default zoom level or pan position that is different than what GMapEZ automatically chooses for you. So in this example, I decided to use the Hybrid map type and to make Canada visible even though there are no markers in Canada. ZOOM links Before GMapEZ 2.3, links to markers would only open an info window and cause the map to pan. Zoom in to 4D or Zoom out to Chicago The link in the targeted marker is interpreted exactly like an extent. Using multiple API keys Some web pages are available from different URLs, such as localhost for testing, with and without a leading "www You can give as many different keys as you want.

Canon PIXMA MG5150 All-In-One Colour Photo Printer (Print, Copy and Scan): Amazon.co.uk: Computers I bought the Canon printer to replace an HP one which had caused me no end of bother before finally giving up the ghost. So far the Canon seems more reliable. One of my big gripes with the HP was that it often picked up more than one sheet of paper, or alternatively didn't detect the paper that was in the tray at all, meaning I could never go away and let it get on with the job without supervision. The Canon - so far - is perfect. It has 2 paper trays to choose from, the back one providing a more nearly straight paper path, which seems to work quite well for card as well as thin paper. The scanner and photocopier work fine, and do just what you'd expect them to do. My only quibble is the ink, which doesn't seem as nice as the HP ink. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants to use thicker media, as well as for anyone just wanting a good 3-in-one machine with a small footprint. (By the way, the shiny black finish is an absolute magnet for cat hairs ...)
