Yes, there’s a feeling of excitement because you’ve just broken free of something you didn’t really like participating in. But at the same point in time, there’s also a feeling of anxiety because the moments after quitting a job can seem unknown and vague to you. At the end of the day, though, quitting a job, like any other life event, can reward you with life lessons you might not have known if you hadn’t quit your job: 1. Whatever you do, there’ll always be someone who’ll judge you. If you’re still staying at your job, notice your family, your acquaintances and your work colleagues will have comments on the way you live your job. So, instead of thinking of what other people would say about you, choose to ignore their hurtful remarks and live the life you’ve always wanted. 2. Contrary to popular belief, time, not money, is the most precious commodity around. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11.

Look At Your Task List With A New Perspective With Gneo -- AppAdvice Gneo ($1.99) by KeaneAndAble is a GTD app that has a friendlier approach than other major players in the market, such as OmniFocus 2. Gneo is a productivity app that helps you take action on your task list by helping you prioritize the most important things from the rest. Despite my continued use of OmniFocus 2, I can’t help but try out whatever new productivity app comes out on the market. Over the weekend, Gneo caught my eye because of the clean, yet comprehensive, interface design that it has. It’s flat, has a lot of whitespace, and features an easy-to-read typeface (I believe it’s using Proxima Nova). To use Gneo, you will, unfortunately, need to make a Gneo account. The first thing you’ll find yourself in will be the “Gneo Boot Camp” notebook, which is chock full of tips on using the app. Adding a new task is done by tapping on the + button in the bottom left corner. To change notebooks, tap on the button in the bottom right corner.
