Parfois, on peut même y trouver avantage. J'ai fait cette expérience dans le cadre de mon travail à l'Université Paris Sud il y a quelques années. Trouver un collaborateur / une collaboratrice était délicat : ce travail n'était pas excitant, donc guère attrayant pour un étudiantce travail devait malgré tout être réalisé avec beaucoup de soinle tarif horaire statutairement possible était très bas (comme toutes les vacations de l'université ou presque)nous avions très peu de budget au total, donc un nombre d'heures assez réduit, pas vraiment de quoi remplir un stagepersonne n'avait de temps pour encadrer la personne, il fallait qu'elle soit capable de se débrouiller seule (là aussi, ce n'est jamais le cas avec un stage) J'ai fait appel à une personne dont je savais qu'elle avait besoin d'argent. Que du bonheur de part et d'autre... ! D'avance merci pour elle.
