The next step is to add some BBQ Seasoning on top of your bacon weave. Now that you’re pork is well seasoned, it’s time to add more pork. Next up is bacon layer number two. Since this is a BBQ recipe, we need to add another layer of BBQ flavor. Now comes the fun part. At this point we can start to see the final shape of our Bacon Explosion, but we’re missing one key item. Now that our Bacon Explosion is fully cooked, we need to add some finishing flavors. VEGAN substitutions and converting recipes to vegan Virtually All meat is altered before it is eaten. The final product is "what it is" through texture, spices and usually a high contact of fat, which isn't good for you in any form.(see side note below) so using a "meat" replacement should not be that big of a deal. I of course haven't tried all the substitutes out there so there might be even better ones, since I found these. The ones I list here are the ones that I use in my recipes, and have fooled many a meat eater with them! The easist way to substitute meat in a dish, is to use tofu! Beef, chicken pork, etc.... each have many analogs out there. You will see TVP , which stands for texturized vegetable protein, which can be used in just about any recipe. I prefer a mild flavor alternative in most recipes, such as the There are many alternative Burger products on the market. The best burger substitute I found is called Soy 7, or aka "whole Earth" burger mix l. The best broth, is from Frontier, their

With mushrooms being one of my favorite foods there was no way that I could not participate. I was wondering what I would do. I have a few mushroom recipes bookmarked that would have been nice but I decided to wait a and think it over. A while later I came across a picture of a salad with sliced rare steak on top that looked really good. Homemade Tortillas Making soft delicious tortillas at home is surprisingly easy. In fact, once I started making my own suddenly all our dinners and lunches were rolled up in fresh tortillas. The dough is made from flour, shortening, water, and salt. I had all the ingredients on hand but the shortening.. which ended up only costing two dollars and has lasted through many many batches of tortillas. Considering how cheap the ingredients are and how delicious they taste it just doesn't make sense to pay for the much more expensive packaged ones. To make the dough you first work the shortening into the flour. Next some hot tap water and salt is stirred in with a fork until a dough forms. To make sure that the tortillas are the same size the easiest thing to do is roll the dough into a log and then cut it into equal pieces. Since the dough is a medium-stiff consistency it might be easier just to squeeze it into a log shape rather than roll it. Each ball gets rolled out into the seven inch diameter circle. 1. 2.
