Baked Nutella Ravioli Calling all diehard fans of Nutella! This one’s for you. I came across this recipe on Foodgawker or Pinterest – the two sites are starting to run together sometimes in my braaaains. You can usually find wonton wrappers in the produce section of grocery stores. If you’re store only has the square wonton wrappers, that’s OK. Next dip your fingertip in a little water and use that to dampen the edge of your wonton wrapper aaaaall the way around. Carefully press the edges together, folding the square ones over to make a triangular shape, pressing till the water-saturated edges stick together. Assembling these is really quick and easy and almost a little therapeutic because it’s stress free. A light spritzing of cooking spray such as Pam helps the wontons crisp up nicely in the oven. These make such a cute presentation and are great for appetizers and, of course, dessert. Baked Nutella Ravioli by Sook from Heart, Mind and Seoul Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Notes:

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake Mr. How Sweet is a man of many moods. He is not a man of many foods. He likes to eat a lot of the same foods. Surprisingly, he likes to eat a lot of the same foods together. If his food does not come in casserole form, he has been known to mix and mash it together until it looks like it did. Don’t mind this slop-pile mess of ugliness. Some of the most unattractive foods are the tastiest. It really doesn’t get much easier than this. In fact, I bet you can hide lots of veggies in here for veggie-haters. This recipe was born out of my desire to think outside the boring chicken box again. Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake serves 4-6 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and shredded 4 cups cooked brown rice 3/4 cup frozen corn 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup plain greek yogurt (you can use sour cream) 1 4 ounce can green chilis 1/2 cup chunky salsa 1 cup grated cheddar & monterey jack cheese (low-fat cheese works too!) cilantro for garnish Preheat oven to 350.
