Sok technikai eszközben található olyan lencse, ami a célnak tökletesen megfelel: régi fényképezőgépben, távcsőben, ajtó kukucskálóban, nagyítóban, mikroszkópban – én még számítógépes egérben is találtam, ez a prizmás lencse viszont nem könnyen illeszthető hozzá a mobilhoz. A legnagyobb nagyításra képes lencsét a CD/DVD lejátszóban találtam (az első képen ez van). Ha már megvan a lencse (jobb esetben több is), már csak rögzíteni kell azt a mobilhoz.
