20 pubs interdites en France et à l’étranger La publicité aime à tester les limites des organismes de régulation (comme l’ARPP) et celles des associations et autres gardiens (parfois justifiés) de la morale. Parfois, ces limites sont atteintes, et la publicité devient interdite, bannie, non diffusée. Sauf que s’ouvre à elle (et de plus en plus souvent) une nouvelle voie : celle de la diffusion sur le web où tout semble permis. Paradoxalement, le terme « Banned Advertising » ou « Publicité interdite » va exciter la curiosité des gens : Pourquoi cette pub a-t-elle été bannie ? Que ne voulait-on pas que je vois ?
