Creas contenido de calidad bien elaborado. Citas fuentes terceras, ningún post tiene menos de 1.000 palabras y además tienes un amigo periodista que te los revisa para no cometer errores de ortografía o de estilo. Sabes que el éxito no llega del día a la mañana. Eres constante y ves que tus retweets van subiendo. ¿Todas las marcas son medios? « Calvo Con Barba
Los Medios Sociales indudablemente son una revolución en las relaciones entre marcas y usuarios/clientes. El contenido es el Rey, el contexto la Reina, y la presión de la publicación contínua de contenidos – propios y ajenos – que ayuden a definir la personalidad digital de la marca son el pan nuestro de cada día 2.0. Lo que pasa que en ocasiones me planteo si no estaremos – aquellos que nos ganamos la vida ayudando a las marcas y empresas a entrar y desarrollarse en estos nuevos mundos – estirando en exceso las obligaciones de las marcas, como si en realidad nos diera miedo dejar de ser – nosotros, no las marcas – necesarios. Da la sensación de que lo que pretendemos es trasladar la idea de que una marca que no publica un blog, que no comparte de forma constante diversos materiales en Facebook o que no lanza perlas ingeniosas y de valor en twitter cada 20 minutos, no es realmente una marca 2.0.
