Pour fêter ça, on en a profité pour finir de laver les quelques fenêtres qu’il restait à laver, arroser les pieds des cèdres afin qu’ils passent l’hiver tranquille, eeeet un petit ”drink” qui donne de l’énergie au moral et au physique! Vous dirais-je si on a mis du rhum dans nos daiquiris? 1/2 Ananas 1 Banane 1 boîte de Lait de Coco De la Glace Commencer par liquéfier la Banane avec une partie de l’Eau à l’aide de votre blender. L’idéal est de faire les Smoothies à l’aide du Vitamix, mais avant d’en posséder un je fonctionnais très bien avec mon blender! Rajouter petit à petit le reste des ingrédients jusqu’à une consistance de granité. Enjoy!

It´s always so inspiring to have conversations between women, to hear their life wisdom, how they make their relationship work after many years of marriage, to listen to their life stories and to learn from their creative journey, how they began their career to where they are now.
