It requires the "knowledge behind the knowledge," which means an understanding of the hardware of the mind, its structure, as opposed to the software - the particular languages, sciences, and religions which the mind creates. This is knowledge of Chaos, of the real world in which we all live, and how to find the hidden universal order, the fractal pattterns, which lie behind it. Although knowledge is without bound, Wisdom has a limited number of criteria. The Wheel is the primal archetype which makes possible an understanding of the Wisdom of all cultures of the World. When properly understood The Wheel can serve as a thinking tool to help you on this Path. To understand the Wheel it helps to see how it is constructed and derived from the Dimensions because the Wheel is first and foremost a geometric figure. The construction of the Wheel begins with a point in space. .

Kiedy na korytarzu mija pracowników i pyta ich, jak leci, zawsze słyszy marudzenie, jak nie na klienta to na nawał pracy. "Jak mogę zmienić te negatywne postawy, które zadomowiły się w moim zespole?", pytał mnie. Oto przyczyna - reagowanie na narzekania postawą pozytywną nie może się udać, gdyż nosi cechy sporu. To drugie instynktowne podejście, czyli skonfrontowanie czyjejś negatywnej postawy z własną równie negatywną, nie działa, gdyż wartości te się dodają. Odpowiedź na to pytanie odkryłem, kiedy rozmawiając z moją żoną Eleanor, sam popełniłem ten sam błąd co Dan. I tak rzeczywiście było.
