The Ultimate Road Trip Playlist — 50 Best Road Trip Songs | The Jetpacker No road trip is complete without a playlist of songs that capture the spirit of traveling on the open road. So we’ve compiled a list of the 50 best road trip songs . In order to make this be-all end-all totally definitive list that all other lists look up to, the songs had to meet the following criteria: a.) encompass the excitement and freedom of road tripping b.) make the time pass faster c.) keep you awake without the assistance of questionably legal pills named “No Doze” d.) contain lyrics so singable that you’ll legitimately consider trying out for the next “American Idol” e.) keep you distracted long enough to make you forget you need to pee (which subsequently means stopping at a heinous rest stop where the bathroom stalls are tagged with death threats and truckers hit on you) f.) drown out the sound of your annoying friend who complains about a developing deep vein thrombosis from being crammed in the backseat (tough it up!) 50. Roasted Shrimp & Broccoli February 9, 2009 | By Adam Roberts | 47 Comments Remember that broccoli post I posted a few months ago? The Best Broccoli of Your Life? I think so many people liked that recipe because it resulted in broccoli with a texture and a flavor few of us were familiar with. The idea of roasting broccoli with shrimp first hit my eyes on my friend Luisa’s blog, The Wednesday Chef. I was sold but not entirely sold, then my friend Molly Orangette linked to Luisa’s post and wrote: “make this dish as soon as you possibly can. Why all the raves? Now that I’ve made the dish, I can say: you get all the crispy goodness of roasted broccoli, plus some new intriguing Middle Eastern spices (cumin seeds, coriander seeds), and then–of course–you get shrimp. It’s a meal in itself and it’s a cinch to make. Roasted Shrimp & Broccoli 1. 2. 2. 3. And that’s your dinner! I served it in a big bowl of rice and squeezed some lemon on top. "How do you produce the power and water for this hotel?" "I have infinite generators and wells, of course. "What about costs? "That's the beauty of it! "But, Mr. "Oh?" The reporter then mentioned something which made Mr. "Oh... oh goodness... So with what simple assumption did Mr.
