Many are based on the general memory strategies that were presented earlier. Although it can be easiest to remember those things that you understand well, sometimes you must rely on rote memory. DIY: Bathroom Baskets | Little Miss Wedding Planner We had a major wedding craft session in our household this weekend, so expect a lot of DIY posts from me this week. First up: Bathroom Baskets! I know, I know…it seems a bit early to be doing bathroom baskets, since the wedding is still 7 months away. In effort to stay organized and meet my goal of “no wedding tasks left to complete wedding week,” I am trying to knock off as many little tasks as possible early on—one of those being bathroom baskets. If you’re not familiar with the wedding world, you might be asking yourself what bathroom baskets are (Dr. Groomy definitely looked at me like I was nuts when I showed them to him!). The Boys’ The Girls’ I bought the baskets at Michael’s a few weeks ago when they were having a may-jah sale (and my 40% off coupons didn’t hurt, either!). The poem says: So happy you’re here sharing our special day But just in case something should go astray: Please help yourself to the contents within Mouthwash, hand lotion or ibuprofen So what’s in em? little guiding stars Since the new year has started I’ve been trying to think of ways to be more kind to my self. Especially when that nasty gremlins try to creep in and stump me. I remembered this origami star video on You Tube and had to get them involved in my plan. I thought it would be fun to make a whole bunch with kind words and “you are….” phrases inside. I used 12 x 12 inch scrapbook paper and cut 1/2 x 12″ strips, then followed the video HERE*. *UPDATE! Why do some of us become dissident mental health professionals? The majority of psychiatrists, psychologists and other mental health professionals “go along to get along” and maintain a status quo that includes drug company corruption, pseudoscientific research and a “standard of care” that is routinely damaging and occasionally kills young children. When Rebecca Riley was 28 months old, based primarily on the complaints of her mother that she was “hyper” and had difficulty sleeping, psychiatrist Kayoko Kifuji, at the Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, diagnosed Rebecca with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). At the age of four, Rebecca was dead. Kifuji’s fate? Long before the Rebecca Riley tragedy hit the headlines, I was embarrassed by the mental health profession for seven major reasons: 1.

Soap Making Instructions | Soap Making Recipes and Tutorials | Teach Soap Wit & Whistle & Blog Archive & DIY: Hand Painted Mug - StumbleUpon October 17th, 2011 I’ve been wanting to try porcelain paint for a while, and it’s just as amazing as I anticipated. You have to give it a try. The holidays are coming up, and hand painted coffee/cocoa mugs would make great gifts! Supplies: porcelain mug (mine is from CB2) Pebeo Porcelaine 150 outliner (available at Dick Blick) There are transparent porcelain paints that you apply with a brush and outliners which are thicker and opaque. If you want to achieve the ink-like look that I did, go with an outliner. How to: 1. Easy Button Earrings Tutorial Did you know...that you can make new earrings with a button and a paperclip? True story! I've been trying to think of a way for us to make some earrings without having to buy supplies. Buying the beads and all the findings can really add up. :o( Sad. But-oh, what? That still leaves the findings. Clip the top of the paperclip off with wire cutters: Snap off the button shanks: Glue the paperclip to the back of the button. Open the loop at the bottom of your earring hook by bending it outward and hook it onto your paper clip. And...pretty new earrings! Walmart was out of gold sparkly ones (I like gold.) but here are some cute ones I found on Walmart.com(about $1-$2): And some cute ones on Etsy: This Etsy shop has infinity cute buttons, you have to see it. (click photos to see where to buy them!) Of course, you may have some on hand just waiting to use! Hope you enjoy. Have a great Sunday! Have a great Monday!! Love you, Disney

Cannabis (Marijuana) Vault : Drug Testing THC is one of the "SAMHSA-5". The five drugs tested for in standard NIDA approved drug tests. A single use of cannabis may be detected by a typical urine drug test for 1-6 days depending on amount smoked, individual body metabolism rates, and the cutoff level used by the test (15 ng/ml, 20 ng/ml, 50 ng/ml, 100 ng/ml). Chronic or daily use may be detected by a typical urine drug test for 7-30 days depending on the same factors listed above. Lower levels of Cannabinoids do remain in the body for longer than 30 days, but appear unlikely to result in a positive drug test due to cutoff levels. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is rapidly absorbed by inhalation and the gastrointestinal tract. The standard THC test is a one step rapid, qualitative immunoassay for the detection of tetrahydrocannabinol compounds (9-carboxy-THC) in urine. Cannabis use is detectable with hair tests and is generally included in the standard hair test.
