Photographies et broderies pour la série "Berlin" de Diane Meyer Dans sa série « Berlin », Diane Meyer a brodé 43 photographies avec des points de croix superposant piétons, murs , paysages et forêts. Chaque zone brodée représente l’ancien mur, qui aurait obstrué l’image maintenant visibles sur les photographies de Meyer. J’ai commencé à réfléchir à la relation entre l’oubli et la corruption de fichiers numériques, en particulier du fait que les photographies sont étroitement liées à la mémoire. En réinsérant le mur de Berlin par la broderie, une vue pixélisée de ce qui est derrière le mur est créée, ce qui donne l’effet d’une trace presque fantomatique dans le paysage. Посылка L’Aubette Le projet de l’Aubette représentant un chantier de très grande ampleur, Sophie Taeuber-Arp décida d’y associer son mari, Jean Arp, ainsi que le peintre et architecte hollandais, Theo van Doesburg. La décoration intérieure de l’Aubette fut donc une œuvre collective. Malgré des difficultés survenues entre les trois artistes durant leur collaboration, cette œuvre monumentale majeure demeure unique en son genre. Le trio présenta sa réalisation comme des « constructions d’intérieur élémentaristes et prémorphistes ».
