Divers - Street art : à Miami le quartier de Wynwood est devenu le rendz vous de la scène street art internationale - News À Miami le quartier de Wynwood est devenu l’une des plus grandes vitrine de la scène street art internationale, rassemblant à travers ses murs depuis 2009 la crème de la crème des street artistes. Avec entre autre Futura, Shepard Fairey, OS Gemeos, Kenny Scharf, Vhils, Aiko, Gaia, Retna, Faile, Phase2, Roa, Ron English, How et Nosm du TATS Cru, Saner, Sego, Space Invader, Nunca et Jeff Soto. En lien avec la foire d’art contemporain Art Basel, cet évènement a pour but de promouvoir et explorer la création urbaine d’aujourd’hui. Créé par Tony Goldmann et Jeffrey Deitch (l’actuel directeur du MOCA de Los Angeles avec la fameuse exposition « Art in the Streets »), Here comes the neighborhood a fait de Wynwood un véritable temple 100% graffiti, et encore ce n’est pas fini. Ces murs et tous les projets des artistes invités ont été photographiés par la légendaire Martha Cooper. Paris Street Art Une petite découverte bien sympathique que Paris Street Art. Ce site collaboratif initié par Melissa Azaiche et Timothée Baschet recense, grâce à une carte interactive, les murs parisiens accueillant des oeuvres de street art et des graffitis. Ce projet est soutenu par la mairie de Paris, il est d'ailleurs lauréat de l'appel à projet Métropolisation de Paris par le Numérique. Le concept est simple : une carte qui répertorie par arrondissement les œuvres qui gagnent à être vues. Et c'est l'internaute qui construit le site puisque les piétons que nous sommes peuvent faire parvenir leurs photos au site qui les publiera et agrandira ainsi la liste des lieux qui valent le détour. Le site propose également une galerie de photos très bien fournie où l'on peut découvrir, entre Miss Tic et JR, des graf d'inconnus d'une très grande qualité. En tout cas, Paris street art nous rappelle une chose : l'art est désormais dans la rue et il n'est pas forcément synonyme de vandalisme !

"Défense d'Afficher: Loi du 29 Juillet 1881". What is this mysterious law though, and why do we see it displayed in the public space so often? The first thing to note is that it is a law which still exists very much today. If ever you spot this particular piece of text chiselled out on a wall in the country, it will probably be on a public sector building, more often than not a school. What does the message mean though? The Loi du 29 Juillet 1881 is in fact more closely associated with the freedom of the press. In more revolutionary times, the public authorities needed to ensure that laws were clearly visible and understood by the people, and also to ensure that unofficial messages were kept off the city walls. Truly a law which has left a lasting trace on the face of French society!
