So, as requested by the lovely velabronx, this is how I do my meal planning.* I use an Excel spreadsheet because I'm a dork like that, but there are tons of resources out there: google meal planning template and you'll see what I mean (never mind that a good, old pen and paper will work, too). 1) Brainstorm a list of your favourite meals/recipes - the special ones, the oft-repeated ones, the reliable go-to's when you're having surprise company, etc.
