Accelrys Draw is a program that allows you to generate structural formulas for complex molecules using a very intuitive drag-and-drop interface. No-fee Accelrys JDraw for academic and non-commercial use. Discovery Studio Visualizer 4. ChemAxon produces a wide range of Java-based chemistry tools, and they offer free academic licenses (you must register with them). Jmol is a free, open source molecule viewer for students, educators, and researchers in chemistry and biochemistry. EniG.
