HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY! Binary - it's digitalicious! How binary works: The binary number system (aka base 2) represents values using two symbols, typically 0 and 1. Computers call these bits. A bit is either off (0) or on (1). Free Online Comic Books Two of the greatest obstacles that comics have in reaching readers are exposure and cost. Fortunately, the internet has provided remedies for both. Many comic book creators and publishers have put their comics online, available as full issues and at absolutely no cost to the reader. And unlike torrents or scanned files, these comics are completely legal. Here I have endeavored to collect as many of these as possible, now totalling over 300 full issues and stories, in one place. Whether you have been meaning to try a new title, or if you've never read a comic in your life, there's still something here for everyone.

Check out the gallery of some of the our favorite competitors down below!

Translation Of the Irish Anthem 'Sin na Fianna Fail' - Ireland We'll sing a song, a soldier's song, With cheering rousing chorus, As round our blazing fires we throng, The starry heavens o'er us; Impatient for the coming fight, And as we wait the morning's light, Here in the silence of the night, We'll chant a soldier's song. Chorus: Soldiers are we whose lives are pledged to Ireland; Some have come from a land beyond the wave. Sworn to be free, No more our ancient sire land Shall shelter the despot or the slave. Tonight we man the gap of danger In Erin's cause, come woe or weal 'Mid cannons' roar and rifles peal, We'll chant a soldier's song. In valley green, on towering crag, Our fathers fought before us, And conquered 'neath the same old flag That's proudly floating o'er us.

Roosevelt signed the day into law as a federal holiday in 1937, the rest has been history.

Policy: Twenty tips for interpreting scientific claims Science and policy have collided on contentious issues such as bee declines, nuclear power and the role of badgers in bovine tuberculosis. Calls for the closer integration of science in political decision-making have been commonplace for decades. However, there are serious problems in the application of science to policy — from energy to health and environment to education.

Phantom time hypothesis Basis of the hypothesis[edit] The basis of Illig's hypothesis include:[2][3] the scarcity of archaeological evidence that can be reliably dated to the period AD 614–911, on perceived inadequacies of radiometric and dendrochronological methods of dating this period, and on the over-reliance of medieval historians on written sources.the presence of Romanesque architecture in tenth-century Western Europe. This is taken as evidence that less than half a millennium could have passed since the fall of the Roman Empire, and concludes that the entire Carolingian period, including the existence of the individual known as Charlemagne, is a forgery by medieval chroniclers; or more precisely, a conspiracy instigated by Otto III and Gerbert d'Aurillac.the relation between the Julian calendar, Gregorian calendar and the underlying astronomical solar or tropical year. Arguments against the hypothesis[edit]
