Mimar - Mimar'ın Sinir Stresi Çevremdekilere hayatlarıyla ilgili ipucu almak için sıkça sorduğum bir soru var. - Şu anda neyi bekliyorsun? Bunun cevabı “2 ay sonra kendi evime çıkıyorum” da olabiliyor, “istifa ediyorum 1 ay çalışmayacağım” da. En tehlikelisiyse “öee, bilmem, birşey beklemiyorum? nasıl yani?” Kağıda dökülmemiş dahi olsa, kafada tarihleriyle oturtulmuş güzel bir program, hayatı katlanılır kılan birşey. İnsanın hayatını keyfsiz kılıp, iş hayatını stresle dolduran şeyse programsızlık oluyor. Mimar'ın stresi kimseninkine benzemez. Mimarlar sıklıkla akşamları kendine kalan 5-6 saatlik kişisel vaktini bile, ertesi günü düşünerek sıkıntı yapabiliyorlar. Bu sıkıntı iki konudan kaynaklanıyor olabilir. Problem “proje yetişmiyor” olduğunda mesele daha fazla çalışarak çözülebiliyor. Analitik düşüncenin havalı havalı açıklamaları var ama neticede anlatılmak istenen şu ki; “Problemi parçalara böl, programla, başla ve bitir”. Diyelim ki, ofistesin. Özetle bir liste;
Bits Of Everything: Wall Picture Collage I have been wanting to hang something on the wall in my kitchen ever since we moved in. Between Emily and I, we finally dreamed up this Wall Picture Collage after looking at lots of other people’s photo collages- and I love the way it turned out. Here are all the things that I bought. (all found at walmart) This entire project was under $20. *pictures you want to use (I had free prints from Costco) * 2 20×30 foam core boards (I got two black ones $2.88 each) *poster hanger thingies ($2.44) *foam brushes ($.97) *double sided tape ($3) *mod podge (I already had some) This shows you how thick the foam core board is.. First I drew out a plan.. Then I cut some computer paper first, and made sure it would work before I cut up my pictures. Then I went to work cutting my 4×6 pictures into 4 inch squares. I then laid them all out on the floor in the order that I wanted them, and then taped them down with double sided tape. Then I took it in the kitchen and painted mod podge all over it. and straight on.

İstanbullu dediğin güzel, kültürlü, paralı, iyi huylu bir insan evladı. Kentin geleceğini emlakçıların internet sitelerinden okuyoruz. İşte bizim hikayemiz tam da burada, Olimpiyat Stadı’na bakan bir tepede başlıyor. TEM Otoyolu çevresinde yapılan lüks toplu konut projeleri, İkitelli Organize Sanayi Bölgesi ve Olimpiyat Stadı’nın inşa edilmesinin ardından mahallenin üzerine kurulduğu arazinin değeri arttı. Toplumsal ve politik hayatın kıyısında, uçurum kenarında kurulmuş Ayazma’da ilk yıkımlar 2005 yılında gerçekleştirildi. Ezgi BAKÇAY
European Prize for Urban Public Space: 2012 With ideas of equality, plurality and progress constituting part of its very foundations, the European city is today facing new challenges arising from its exponential growth and increasing social and cultural complexity. Some of society’s main problems are expressed in its public spaces: segregation, rampant construction and deficiencies in guaranteeing the rights to housing and to the city are some of the phenomena that are putting into jeopardy the ideal of the open and democratic community that has always been so distinctive of the European city. The European Prize for Urban Public Space is a biennial competition that aims to recognise and encourage the creation, recovery and improvement of public space in the understanding that the state of public space is a clear indicator of the civic and collective health of our cities.
