How Can I Migrate My Google Data from One Account to Another? Google play is the only service holding me back from doing a complete transfer. Sadly, when I researched into this, Google Play purchases cannot be transferred. If you're talking about Android apps, you can log into multiple google accounts on your device and it's absolutely no hassle to use a different account for Play than you use for Voice, Contacts, Calendars, Plus, etc. (I would imagine that music & movies would be the same.) You basically just log into the appropriate account for each service's app. That actually a great question, I'm interested in any information about Google Play purchases as well. i did some more checking and i think not. you can always logon to the account on your device, but that is just another step and another email to remember

I think it's great that the companies whose marketing lists were hit notified their customers. This situation points out a glaring fault in the outsourcing of your email marketing to a third party company. When something like this happens, people usually get fired. Obviously, after a situation like this heads do roll. If you don't want to hear excused about shifted blame, take the responsibility for your own data and host the email within your company.

Every email client requires you to delete the entire message. The attachment is PART of the original, it's not a separate entity. The digital paper-trail requires you to forward a modified copy (without the attachment) if you want a copy without the data in your inbox. Altering an original message would invalidate the convention of the original message. *attachment deleted* Your honor, as you can see by this original email from Petraeus, there are no attachments. Every client requiring something is absolutely no reason for Gmail to require something. Also, there's no reason why it can't keep record of the attachment whilst deleting the actual file. I realize this is an old thread, but I feel the need to reply at this late date: Not true. I used the Eudora client for years, cleaning out attachments often. Also, early in its history, Gmail DID offer a gallery of attachments.
