I love all things made with Frank’s Red Hot (or any hot sauce, really. But especially Frank’s Red Hot) I also love cheese. And crescent rolls. And ranch dressing. So this recipe? Is basically my dream come true. First, you make a funky circle-type thing with the crescent rolls. Then chop some celery. Then mix some cream cheese with half a packet of ranch dressing mix (more if you’d like, but half is probably plenty) Next is the chicken. And then: HOT SAUCE. Mix it all together: the cream cheese mixture, the chicken, the celery, and the hot sauce. Now comes the art portion of our project. Then slowly go around the circle, wrapping the chicken mixture in the dough. (It doesn’t have to look this pretty. Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees or until the crescent rolls are starting to brown. Now here is where I caution you: LET IT SIT FOR A LITTLE WHILE AND COOL BEFORE MOVING IT. Serve the chicken ring with ranch and hot sauce for dipping.

Mini Ham & Cheese Quinoa Cups Mini Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups are poppable, gluten-free, and packed with protein. The perfect breakfast or snack! I had this whole spiel ready about how real men do, in fact, eat quiche, as demonstrated by Ben who housed nearly a dozen Mini Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups that resemble wee baby quiche for dinner, but then I remembered that quiche have crust and Mini Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups do not, so in reality they’re more like mini frittatas and well, all was tragically lost. Ok, let me explain. First of all, Mini Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups might be my new favorite thing on the planet.

Homemade Chicken Nuggets I have been meaning to make these chicken nuggets for quite a while. I’ve seen this recipe in several places around the net, so not sure who the genius was behind this wonderful McDonald’s copycat, but these chicken nuggets are a new favorite. The best part is knowing exactly what’s in these little chicken goodies and knowing there aren’t any preservatives or mystery ingredients either. To give you an idea of how these taste, my husband came in and grabbed one off the plate.

Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread Recipe Kids can be frustratingly picky eaters. They can also have highly entertaining quirks. My niece used to ask for pepperoni pizza and then proceed to discard all of the pepperoni. But don’t you dare suggest that she order plain cheese pizza! She did not want plain cheese pizza. She wanted pepperoni pizza.

Strawberry Cream Cheese, Recipe for Danish, Danish Pastries Posted by Grace Massa Langlois on Thursday, 31st March 2011 Breakfast pastries never last very long in our home especially fruit-filled pastries with a creamy cheese layer. Out of pure necessity I decided on Strawberry-Cream Cheese Pastries. Why? I’ve never been able to walk by a stand of beautifully displayed strawberries without purchasing a basket or two. And I made the mistake of visiting the market not once but twice this week!

Caramel Brownie Cheesecake This is a monkeyhead concoction so please don’t be disappointed with me that it’s not 100% homemade.
