Adventure Time Fan Art Fionna | Adventure Time Wiki | Fandom powered by Wikia Fionna (previously spelled Fiona and also known as Fionna the Human) is an in-universe fictional character and the gender-swapped version of Finn who was created by the Ice King in his fan-fiction from a strange red glowing inspiration during Ice King's sleep. In the real world, she was created by series character designer Natasha Allegri in a series of web comics and drawings. She and the other gender-swapped characters appeared occasionally in their own segment of the show. She is usually seen in the company of Cake, her own stretchy companion and also adoptive sister. Appearance While usually appearing as black dots, her eyes are seen as blue when enlarged. Personality and character traits Although Fionna is known to mostly keep her calm, she can be provoked to anger. Fionna is a fearless, thrill-seeking, adventure-loving hero who will rescue any prince from the Ice Queen or do any task to better herself or help citizens. Farmworld Finn saves his parents and little sibling from their burning farmhouse, which was set on fire by the Destiny Gang. In order to protect them, he then sends them away on the family's mule, Bartram. He wasn't born in the standard timeline, as the Mertens family got separated when Finn was an infant. Slime Princess | Adventure Time Wiki | Fandom powered by Wikia Slime Princess (also called SP) makes her first appearance in "Prisoners of Love" where she is kidnapped by Ice King. She showed a lot of affection to Finn, even going as far as saying she wants to marry him for saving her and the other princesses, or at least until Jake told her that Finn "wets his pants constantly, all the time." She reappears in "Loyalty to the King," where she is the first princess to meet and befriend the "Nice King" in the park after misinterpreting his real name. And she again appears in "Video Makers" where Finn decides to use her in a scene for his movie where she does stunts around a river filled with alligators. Though she accidentally fell in the river, she ended up kissing the alligators instead of getting killed, ruining the scene for Finn. History During an attack where a massive mutagenic bomb, containing a green substance tied with the Lich, is dropped upon Earth, Petrikov used the power from his ice crown to create a vortex that catches the bomb and freezes it mid-flight, crushing him in the process. With his death, the ice power within him raged at the loss of its owner, and froze Earth into a pseudo-cryogenic state for 400 years. Humanity remained the dominant species of the world and various environments continued to exist, including farms and arid areas. He purchased the crown in Northern Scandinavia from "an old dockworker" as a part of his studies to be an antiquarian of ancient artifacts. He rushed home to his fiancée Betty and put it on in an attempt to make her laugh. While wearing it, Simon experienced visions, which he frantically fought with and shouted at. In the episode "King's Ransom," Ice King was forced to give the crown away as ransom for the kidnapped Gunter, the foxes who stole the crown then gave it to an unknown employer. In the episode "Broke His Crown," it is revealed that Simon's quote on the crown being a labyrinth was not just allegorical. Lemongrab and Finn referred to her usual form preceding her de-aging as being 18. Later, in "The Vault," Finn's comment "PB, you're like a bazillion years old! You're not freaking 19, what the heck?!" appears to be a reply of her claiming to be 19 offscreen. Biography Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum was formed as a part of a massive, blob-like hive mind made of pink gum known as the Mother Gum in the years immediately following the Mushroom War, which spread out across the destroyed city which first appeared in "Simon & Marcy". In "Bonnibel Bubblegum," it is revealed that in her childhood, Bonnibel was lonely living in the post-apocalyptic wasteland that Ooo was centuries before the events of Adventure Time. Jake has a unique set of abilities called Stretchy Powers that allow him to manipulate the shape and size of his body, coming in handy on innumerable occasions throughout his and Finn's adventures. Jake was 28 years old at his debut in "magical dog years," and ages throughout the series, though he rarely acts mature.
