ELT Experiences I have been teaching EFL for nearly twelve years now, with teaching experience in South Korea, Romania as well as the UK. Currently, I am the Young Learner Co-ordinator at LTC Eastbourne. I am responsible for curriculum development as well as the training of current Young Learner teachers. I am also a freelance certified examiner for Cambridge ESOL Examinations usually marking the KET, PET, FCE and CAE exams. In my freetime, I enjoy reading, preparing lessons, listening to music, learning Korean, as well as attending and giving talks at local or international conferences. I hold an MA in English Language Teaching from the University of Sussex, hold a Diploma, CELTA and have also completed the Trinity Young Learners Extension Course (TYLEC).

John's ESL Community Brian and Victor were ice skating on a frozen lake deep within the forest one night when they suddenly smelled something terrible. "It smells like a fish that died a week ago," said Brian. "It smells worse than a garbage dump," said Victor. The boys followed their noses to a cave in the forest and found a seven foot tall monster with very big eyes. Terrified, they ran home without saying a word to the monster. The monster started after the boys, but soon became tired because it had not eaten in many weeks.
