This is the side caps, the main body, and some smaller loose bits. At this point the printer will still print normally. Preparation make sure the printer is in good working order, and the parking station is clean. Do a nozzle check to make sure the head is working on all nozzles. This is also the best point to install spongeless cartridges^ with auto-reset chips^ and test them on paper. Volkan says: "You need to use MIS PRO yellow or magenta; both are working but yellow is the best etch resistant. Rear Paper path The paper feeder is removed from the back, taking out the optical paper sensor. This sensor is glued to the side of the paper slot (in the metal chassis), so that the material passing through here will activate it. Front Paper Path Remove the pizza wheels from the output. Central Transport Roller Remove the middle pressure roller assy. Head Height Carrier

This Instructable will show you how to do with two dead cd/dvd drive and a pen (pilot, whiteboard marker, whatever you have) at the best lego-printer style. Here is how our printer will work: we type any message in terminal then the message will be printed (as dot matrix) and after the message is printed the program will wait for another message. For this magnificent printer you will need: 1) 1 x Arduino (I've used the Duemilanove) 2) 2 x H-Bridge (SN754410) 3) 3 x small dc motors from any cd/dvd drive 4) 3 x switches from the same cd/dvd drive 5) A pen or marker 6) Wire 7) Rubber string 8) Sheave 9) Stick with round rubber like the rollers in a real printer, the wheels from a toy car should work. 10) Acrylic, wood or whatever you have to build the structure. 11) 5v and 9v power supply If you have an old printer you can use its structure and save some time to build one.
(ATX 20 broches) (ATX 24 broches) (ATX 20 broches +4 broches) (ATX 24 broches) (ATX 20 broches)
Energy Weapon Specialist 2 How To Use MOSFET - Beginner's Tutorial In this article, I will go through some common questions people tend to raise when they are using MOSFET, and the basics of MOSFET. This tutorial is primarily written for non-academic people, so I will try to minimize the theory part and mainly focus on the practical side of things. However if you are into the theory how MOSFET work, I will share some useful academic articles and resources at the end of this post. MOSFET stands for metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor. Unlike BJT which is ‘current controlled’, the MOSFET is a voltage controlled device. A MOSFET may be thought of as a variable resistor, where the Gate-Source voltage difference can control the Drain-Source Resistance. In a nutshell, a FET is controlled by the Gate-Source voltage applied (which regulates the electrical field across a channel), like pinching or opening a straw and stopping or allowing current flowing. Okay, let me summarize the differences between BJT and MOSFET. What is the Body Diode For?
Bentwood Rings This is my first Instructable, so I hope that I do not forget anything. I was commissioned by a close friend to make a set of rings for a surprise engagement and a set for wedding bands. I started off with solid wood blanks and a drill press. After making what I thought be a perfect ring, it broke after a couple weeks of wear. 1. 2:Making the Ring: Cutting: Start of by selecting the veneer. Use LED in Robot Projects In this article I will show you what is LED, how to use LED in Robot projects without breaking them, especially when using multiple of them connected in series or parallel. LEDs come in a wide range of colour, brightness and power ratings. Some of the latest high power LEDs even require heat sinking No matter what LED you want to use, they all have some basic properties in common that you need to know before using them in a circuit. First of all, LEDs are a polarized electronic component. This means that power must be connected the right way or else damage will occur. For this reason there is always some indication on the casing as to which lead is positive and which is negative. This is a photo of a typical LED with it’s parts labeled from Wikipedia. Notice the cathode (negative) has a flat on it’s side. If you have an unusual LED and cannot determine the + and – leads then check it’s datasheet. Notice on this 1W LED that positive and negative are etched on the connections.
How to build a wood computer In this instructable I will show you pictures of how I built a computer tower out of wood. I am starting a CNC wood sign carving business and it would be great to have a laser to engrave and cut signs for customers. I needed to upgrade to a better computer for my cnc router and thought of making it out of wood. Here is an overview of how I did it... Tools and Materials Used: V carve pro software CNC router Table saw X acto knife (1)2x4ft sheet, 3/16in birch plywood (1) 2x2ft sheet, 3/16in birch plywood 150 and 400 grit sandpaper Enamel Paint Natural color Velvit oil CA instant super glue or wood glue Small wood screws Total cost: $160 Time to complete: 5hrs Buy the computer parts: Tiger direct sells computer parts and kits. Design and layout: I designed the tower using V carve pro and saved the tool paths. Cutting wood: Next it was cut on my cnc router using a 1/4in endmill and 60 deg v bit. Fitting, Gluing and Sanding: Important: Fit all the pieces before gluing! Done!
