Cependant, elles ne peuvent se réduire à la simple expression de ce mouvement. Elles expriment de nouvelles identités et contribuent à renouveler, diversifier, bousculer les images reçues dans toutes les disciplines. Il existe une réelle inventivité qui met en avant l’ensemble des territoires urbains où se côtoient des populations, des espaces de mixités et de métissages culturels. Avec URBAINES, Cultures, Pratiques & Tendances nous souhaitons contribuer à ce « renforcement du lien social » en proposant des formes accessibles à tous mettant en valeur le caractère novateur de certaines pratiques émergentes. Ce temps fort s’articule autour de plusieurs rendez-vous (musique, danse, diffusion de documentaire, expositions) et ateliers issus de pratiques en pleine éclosion (Urbanball, street golf, graffiti numérique, percussions corporelles, parkour…).
