Il me semble que personne parmi notre section du groupe B, n'a fait référence à ces deux universités emblématiques de notre nouvelle ère numérique, comme celle dont je viens de donner le lien, "the University of the People". Il existe aussi p2pu.org. Elles se trouvent toutes les deux aux États-Unis: elles sont gratuites, mais on doit tout de même payer pour passer les examens. Il y a probablement beaucoup de personnes parmi vous qui les connaissent, mais j'ai pensé que cela valait quand même la peine d'en insérer une.
Tous les pays développent leurs universités sur le Web. J'aurais aimé une Université internationale sur le Web, mais cela n'existe pas, ou pas encore. A l'heure de la mondialisation, cela serait peut-être intéressant ?
