When I first started, my right arm would fall asleep and I’d sweat like hell. When I got up to 31 minutes my legs would fall asleep pretty bad, even with a big pillow between my legs, but eventually the legs got stronger and even if they fell asleep a little it wasn’t so bad. They always got back to normal and it actually greatly improved the circulation in my legs. Here are some tips and pointers from my experience… **Always Tune In with the Adi Mantra 3 times before beginning any Kundalini Yoga Kriya or Meditation. How To Do It: Finishing: At the end, inhale completely and hold, squeezing the root lock and the muscles of the back and shoulders for as long as you can. Time: 3 minutes up to 62 minutes. Quick Tip: Reset Android default apps One of the questions I get a lot is how to reset default apps in the Android platform. This need can come about after trying out a new application, only to find you like the app but do not want it to serve as your default. A perfect example of this is web browsers. However, what happens when you install that new browser and accidentally accept it as the default, pressing Always instead of Just once (Figure A)? When you've set a default, here's how you clear it: Tap the device menu buttonTap SettingsLocate the Application manager (on the Galaxy S4, it's under More)Swipe to the left until you get to the All sectionScroll down until you find the application that's set as the default (such as Internet for the built-in web browser)Tap the entry for the applicationTap Clear defaults (Figure B) Figure B

How to run Android apps on any laptop or desktop Android has a large, vibrant ecosystem of applications. From Heartstone to Plex to Twitter, Google Play is home to over 1.5 million mobile apps, according to AppBrain. Wouldn't it be great to run all these apps on your computer, too? Now you can, thanks to Android Runtime for Chrome. What is Android Runtime for Chrome? Simply put, Android Runtime for Chrome (or ARC, for short) is a software package that lets users run Android apps inside their web browsers. Google announced ARC last summer, and initially designed it with Chromebooks in mind. Then earlier this month, Google released an update to ARC, which lets users run Android apps within the Chrome browser on OS X, Linux and Windows as well. By some measure, using ARC is a little like running a Java app in a browser in that it's a virtual environment that lets users run a certain class of apps across multiple platforms. For now, ARC is still in beta, so you may encounter bugs and some apps may not work properly. Running apps

You can now run Android apps on a Mac or PC with Google Chrome Google’s convergence of Chrome and Android is taking a big step forward this week. After launching a limited App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) back in September, Google is expanding its beta project to allow Android apps to run on Windows, OS X, and Linux. It’s an early experiment designed primarily for developers, but anyone can now download an APK of an existing Android app and launch it on a Windows / Linux PC, Mac, or Chromebook. You simply need to download the ARC Welder app and obtain APKs from Google’s Play Store. There are some limitations: only one app can be loaded at a time, and you have to select landscape or portrait layout and whether you want the app to run in phone- or tablet-style. Google Chrome running Android apps ARC is based on Android 4.4, meaning a lot of standalone apps are immediately compatible. I tried a variety of games, and while simple titles like Candy Crush Soda work very well, others refused to launch properly or couldn’t handle mouse input correctly.
