There is so much I want to talk to you about; we’ll see how much we can fit into this one hour. You want to start with telling us about your career so far and your touch points to project management. And then tell us how you got started on the agile concept. Agile for me was the de facto standard. Some of these teams were quite large, maybe more than 50 team members, and sometimes these were distributed teams working from multiple countries at once. I started studying this other method, trying to figure out what it was and why it seemed so painful. Now at WIKISPEED, again I did not know any other way to run a project. You are the first person I have met, who started out with agile. Project management, I imagine should be exactly about delivering customer visible value as quickly and efficiently as possible. And how would they possibly do that?
