Ian Morris has stuck his dog’s ear in his mouth, snapped a selfie, and proclaimed “Man Bites Dog.” His new book War: What Is It Good For? Conflict and Progress of Civilization from Primates to Robots is intended to prove that war is good for children and other living things. It actually proves that defenders of war are growing desperate for arguments. Morris maintains that the only way to make peace is to make large societies, and the only way to make large societies is through war. Ultimately, he believes, the only way to protect peace is through a single global policeman.

In other words, there were only 21 calendar years in which the U.S. did not wage any wars.To put this in perspective:* Pick any year since 1776 and there is about a 91% chance that America was involved in some war during that calendar year.* No U.S. president truly qualifies as a peacetime president. Instead, all U.S. presidents can technically be considered “war presidents.”* The U.S. has never gone a decade without war.* The only time the U.S. went five years without war (1935-40) was during the isolationist period of the Great Depression.* * *Here is a graphic depiction of U.S. wars: In most of these wars, the U.S. was on the offense.

» The Obama Regime’s Fabricated “Terror Conspiracy” in Defense of the Police State Alex Jones James Petrasglobalresearch.ca August 15, 2013 Introduction Representative democracies and autocratic dictatorships respond to profound internal crises in very distinctive ways: the former attempts to reason with citizens, explaining the causes, consequences and alternatives; dictatorships attempt to terrorize, intimidate and distract the public by evoking bogus external threats, to perpetuate and justify rule by police state methods and avoid facing up to the self-inflicted crises. » Idaho ex-governors say U.S. wants state to be nuclear waste dump Alex Jones' Infowars: There's a war on for your mind! Former Idaho Governors Cecil Andrus and Phil Batt threatened on Thursday to sue the U.S. Energy Department to prevent what they said was its efforts to turn the state into “a nuclear waste dumping ground.” In a letter notifying the Energy Department of a possible lawsuit, the pair accused it of violating a federal environmental law by planning to ship spent nuclear fuel from elsewhere for study at the Idaho National Laboratory, the department’s flagship nuclear research facility. A 1995 agreement hammered out between Idaho and the Energy Department bans shipments of commercial spent nuclear fuel. The deal stemmed from previous lawsuits by Andrus, a Democrat, and Batt, a Republican, that charged the U.S. government with seeking to turn the sprawling lab complex near Idaho Falls into a de facto dumping ground for radioactive waste.

This is What ProPublica is Now Covering Today is the first day of Donald Trump’s presidency. Like many in journalism, we’ve been thinking hard these past few months about where and how we should focus our newsroom. Our work remains the same as when we started nine years ago: hard-hitting, rigorous journalism that exposes wrongdoing and injustices — and that can bring change. But we’re going to do it by adding new areas to tackle. The Psychological Reasons Why Americans Have Embraced Their Enslavement Knowledge is a precursor to action and self-empowerment. Subsequently, how and where we get our news is critically important. This article explores how America sits upon the abyss of total brainwashing and how the last vestige of unbiased truth is about to disappear. The Digital Age of News Just over 75% of Americans get news at least daily, including 60% of adults under age 30, from the Internet on a regular basis. Almost half of all American adults with access to the Internet subscribe to news alerts.

The Emperor’s Rage: Let Chaos Envelop the World! Chaos reigns and spreads as enraged leaders in the US, Europe and their clients and allies pursue genocidal wars. Mercenary wars in Syria; Israel’s terror bombing on Gaza; proxy wars in the Ukraine, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Somalia. Tens of millions of refugees flee scenes of total destruction.

The Obama Regime’s Fabricated “Terror Conspiracy” in Defense of the Police State Introduction Representative democracies and autocratic dictatorships respond to profound internal crises in very distinctive ways: the former attempts to reason with citizens, explaining the causes, consequences and alternatives; dictatorships attempt to terrorize, intimidate and distract the public by evoking bogus external threats, to perpetuate and justify rule by police state methods and avoid facing up to the self-inflicted crises. Such a bogus fabrication is evident in the Obama regime’s current announcements of an imminent global “terrorist threat”[1] in the face of multiple crises, policy failures and defeats throughout the Middle East, North Africa and Southwest Asia . Internet ‘Chatter’ Evokes a Global Conspiracy and Revives the Global War on Terror The entire terror conspiracy propaganda blitz, launched by the Obama regime and propagated by the mass media, is based on the flimsiest sources imaginable, the most laughable pretext.
