Today I am 11 weeks post natal, time to talk about my post natal weight loss journey. It’s been really awesome past 11 weeks. From a world of just the husband and I, we have welcomed baby Daniel into our lives. Suddenly we have baby coughing, cooing, sneezing and crying sounds in the house. And suddenly, Peter and I found ourselves with more room in our hearts to love our child. During my pregnancy, all I could think of was my diet (due to my condition) and my weight gain. My arms, my butt, my thighs, my tummy, my breasts, all grew bigger. Was I afraid I’ll never go back to what I was before? Even as the post natal weight loss lady I booked myself with told me she is confident that I will be able to go back to what I was before, I was doubtful. After I was discharged from the hospital, day 3, my brother saw me and asked why is my tummy still so big like I’m still pregnant. :/ I told him it takes time but really, I wondered how much time is needed.
