Mix & Make » Tips & Tools 태풍피해 없이 잘 지내시죠? 콩가루로 만드는 간편 요리는 근처에 한국가게 하나없는 왕시골에 사는 ‘날라리 최고상궁’ 이 단지 먹고 살기위해서 생각해낸 게으른 방법인데…..이렇게 좋아해주실줄 몰랐어요. 두 주먹 불끈..그래 결심했어. 사실 음식 말고도 우리 주부들이 하는일이 많잖아요. 전… 요리가 힘들어요. 콩요리에도 요령이 좀 있음 편해져요. 이렇게 요령피워도 “내가 한 음식이 맛이 없어요. 오늘은 식감 좋은 음식 들고왔어요. . 볼 두개 준비해서 양념 먼저 넣고 섞어준다음 체에있던 그린빈 나눠넣고 조물조물 무쳤어요. 된장 양념(오른쪽 그림): 된장 2T, 간장 1T, 고춧가루 1t,설탕 1.5T, 깨, 마늘 다진거(한알 분량), 참기름은 다 무치고 맨 마지막에 조금 넣어주고요. 초고추장 양념:고추장 2T, 간장 1T, 고춧가루 1t, 설탕 2T, 깨, 마늘 다진거, 식초 조금(맨마지막에)… 초고추장 양념도 위의 된장 양념처럼 그대로 하심돼요. 샐러드처럼 아삭아삭해요. 마켓에서 감자도 집어왔어요. 팬에 기름 두르고(2T정도) 물에 담근 감자 체에 걸러서 물기 뺀다음 팬에 넣어요. 뒤적여주면서 감자채에 거의 카레물이 없어질무렵 불 끄고 약간 식을때까지 몇번 더 뒤적여요.
