Trump appeared to be attuned to that reality when asked whether there were any provisions in the GOP proposal that he doesn't support.
New Jersey woman who tested positive for coronavirus remains 'at large' after giving hospital false name, address An unidentified young woman in Newark, which is New Jersey’s largest city population-wise, and sits about 10.6 miles outside Manhattan, is posing a “public health risk” and remains “at large” in the community after testing positive for the coronavirus, the mayor said Tuesday. In a video press conference, Mayor Ras Baraka, a Democrat, said the unidentified woman arrived at East Orange General Hospital on Saturday, underwent a COVID-19 test, provided a false name and address and left. The test result later came back positive, and city health officials arrived to the address provided to notify her that she needed to come in for treatment. That’s when officials realized the woman at the hospital had lied about her identity and residence. “This person is a public health risk to herself and the entire community,” Baraka said.

The source noted it’s just one of several options the campaign is considering, but told Fox News nothing has been finalized. The discussions come as the convention details remain in flux, and as the campaign and the Republican National Committee continue to adjust their plans amid the coronavirus pandemic. Last month, the Trump campaign and the RNC dramatically downscaled the convention by canceling planned celebratory events in Jacksonville, Fla., amid a surge in cases in the state, and refocused their attention to convention business back in the original convention site of Charlotte, N.C. New York City Violence: Teen in critical condition after being set on fire A teenager was left in critical condition after he was set on fire inside a Bronx apartment building during a dispute with another man on Wednesday afternoon, cops said. The 18-year-old victim, identified by police sources as Winston Ortiz, was stabbed three times then doused with gasoline and lit aflame with a match on the fifth floor of 1045 Woodycrest Ave. in Highbridge around 3 p.m. Police sources said the suspect entered the building about 10 minutes before Ortiz — who does not live there — then carried out the attack. Two neighbors in the building were able to douse the flames using buckets of water before EMTs arrived. Ortiz was taken to Harlem Hospital in critical condition. One of the building’s residents, a 34-year-old mother, said she was alerted to the grisly scene by a woman screaming in the hallway.
Las Vegas Officials Invited Homeless To Parking Lot After Coronavirus Closed Shelter Officials are facing criticism for using a Las Vegas parking lot as a temporary shelter after a facility was closed when a homeless man tested positive for COVID-19 last week. Officials from Las Vegas and Clark County opened the temporary shelter at an event site lot a few miles north of the Las Vegas Strip on Saturday after determining that 500 people using Catholic Charities' overnight facility would have nowhere to sleep, said David Riggleman, the city's communications director. The lot initially included carpeting, but officials later ditched it over concerns that it could help spread the virus, Riggleman said in an email. When mats that could easily be disinfected weren't available, hundreds of 6-foot squares were painted onto the asphalt and surrounded by metal barricades — a grid meant to prevent more cases of the disease through social distancing measures, he said.
