Admission Procedure for Online PGDM Courses | AIMA Programme Cycles The programme cycles will be generally as under: January session : January - June July session : July - December The term-end examinations will be held twice in a year in June and December. The schedule of examination will be intimated to the students accordingly. Activities in each module : Student’s Registration to the Programme (Progression to Subsequent Modules) Confirmation of Registration / Progression / Study Centre Allotted. Student Registration in Module I Upon registration every student will be allotted a unique Registration number, which is a combination of programme code (course code), year and session of admission and a unique serial number (control no.). Re-registered student will be entitled to get two more attempts in examination and assignments.For the third attempt, examination fee of Rs. 500 per paper shall be payable. PhD in Business Management | Administration Programme | AIMA Foundation Phase The foundation programme comprises of two modules of compulsory courses, four courses on General Management, four courses in the area of specialization and two special courses. Module I & II comprise of first semester of the Foundation Phase and Module III & IV comprise the second semester of the Foundation Phase. On successful completion of the Foundation Phase the candidates will be awarded “Advanced Diploma in Management” by AIMA-CME. The registration to foundation programme is valid for only three years from the time of admission after which one has to apply afresh to the programme. The minimum duration to complete the Foundation Programme is one year. Research Phase On successful completion of the Foundation Phase, the candidates are required to submit & present the research synopsis before the Research Committee at AMU.
