Making City Buildings - Matakishi's Tea House I don’t know why I decided to do this project. One day I suddenly had a clear idea of how a row of tenements would look if they were made out of cork. I knew how they’d go together and where the access points would be. 4 Residential buildings (tenements)4 Serice buildings (Police x2, Fire Station and Taxi)4 Commercial Buildings (Bank, Shops x3)4 Industrial buildings (Warehouse x4)2 Vacant lots2 Specials (Whippendo Institute, Cinema) I also decided right at the start to have an Elevated railway to add some unusual height interest and character. The city is designed to be an ‘everywhen’ city that I can use for any period from 1930s Pulp through modern Horror and Superhero and all the way to near future Cyberpunk gang wars. Each building frontage is 150mm. I got everything done in less than two months but I didn’t have any figures to go with the setting. Cost Making the buildings was very cheap. Elevated train The train track is O scale track that I bought from my local Model Shop.
Décors Salut @ tous... Et voila, c'est la reprise de Mordheim aprés.... Pfiouuuuuu !! 1 an et demi sans monter du pitous et peindre :( C'est mal et ça me manquait ! Du coup j'ai fait l'acquisition, d'une boite de soldat de l'empire (plastique), d'une boite d'archer impérial (plastique), et d'une boite de milice (encore et toujours du plastique, parce que c'est fantastique :) ) ! L'objet de ces différents achats c'est de monter 3 bandes jouables pour Mordheim dont deux "pour le fun", avec des techniques de jeux "expérimentales" ;-) !! Dans l'idée, je reprends la peinture sur du plastique, plus simple et je finis les bandes par quelques héros en bon vieux fer blanc qui traine dans mes tiroirs ^^ J'ai profité de ces différents achats pour m'offrir 3 set de 12 socles provenant de chez Fenris Games qui me permettront de monter tout ce petit monde !!
