La série Leica M (pour Messsucher : télémètre) est une gamme d'appareils photographiques télémétriques 35 mm produits par Leica depuis 1954 (avec le Leica M3). Série mythique du constructeur Leica, le « M » représente l'apogée dans l'histoire des appareils photos télémétriques, autant pour la qualité de fabrication et le silence des appareils que pour la très grande réputations des objectifs produits par Leica. Le dernier modèle en date est le M (sans numéro), troisième M au format numérique, le second à disposer d'un capteur au format 24×36 (celui du M8 étant un modèle de format 18×27 mm). Tous les objectifs à baïonnette M produits depuis 1953 sont compatibles avec les Leica M (quelques incompatibilités existent avec les M5/CL/M8/M9, essentiellement avec les objectifs rentrants). Street Photography on the Southbank with the Fuji X-E1 - Al Power - alpower.com A few weekends ago I popped up to see Pacific Rim on the IMAX in Waterloo, and thought I would try and get a spot of street photography in down at the Southbank by the river. The lovely thing about the Southbank is the sheer variety of people you see wandering about, and while I'm still working on my confidence in terms of approaching people for photos, there is certainly a lot of scope for getting some great shots. I thought I would round up a few of the shots that I took, and do a bit of a breakdown on the settings I used and reasons why, so others can hopefully benefit. The great thing about street photography is that it doesn't need any fancy equipment or even expensive lenses - photos usually have a deep depth of field, so any lens will do, and whether you use a zoom lens or just use a prime and zoom with your feet is up to you. Eric Kim est mondialement connu comme étant un des grands passionnés de Street photography et surtout comme étant celui qui par son temps et sa détermination a réussi à créer de part le monde une grande communauté de photographes de rue. Et c’est parti ! Le stage avait lieu du samedi au dimanche de 9h30 à 18h30, dans un studio fournis par Ludovic Maillard et le groupe Babel photo, juste derrière le boulevard Beaumarchais (et non on a pas été faire plein de courses…). Donc le samedi matin rencontre avec tous les participants et là demi surprise, nous ne sommes que 2 Français pour 5 participants en tout, ce qui doit nous placer dans le Workshop le moins nombreux de tout ceux qu’a fait Eric durant cette année. Après un rapide déjeuner nous partons arpenter les rues de Paris en groupe.
